After the break up of his 13-year-marriage to childhood sweetheart Sussanne Roshan, had put himself through a boot camp diet and exercise and is back from LA and London where he was accompanied by his physical trainer, Satyadev Chaurasia. Hrithik was advised to go slow on his workouts in the interim and as a result of his sedentary lifestyle; his body was getting out of shape. It was time to hit the gym again. In LA, Hrithik set out to get himself a lean look, vital for his next schedule of Bang Bang. He enlisted in one of the city’s best gyms, Equinox, and chalked out an exercise routine, which included cardio and resistance training (cardio burns calories and fat, while resistance training gets your body lean and toned), followed by weight and treadmill runs.
