1- Eat and sleep early. Wake up early.

2- Drink at least eight glasses of water in a day.

3- Divide your food intake in five portions and eat balanced amounts.

4- If you are watching a film at night, eat popcorn because it’s low in calories. Avoid nachos, cheese and  samosas.

5- While travelling, keep nutribars handy. Give these to your kids instead of junk food.
